Green Chile Ramen Noodles
My kid’s best friend (a 12-year old boy) likes to add one medium hot green chile (Sandia, Mirasol), diced, to his ramen noodles. I tried it and it’s pretty good, but personally I would also add onion, chicken and maybe other vegetables. Plain ramen doesn’t excite me that much.
