Grilled Green Chile Cheese Sandwich
Have you ever made a grilled green chile cheese sandwich? You make a classic grilled cheese sandwich, but add a split roasted green chile on top of the cheese before cooking. Sometimes I use 2 slices of cheese with the chile in the middle (for an especially cheesy sandwich). It is truly awesome!

 

 

Prepare your classic cheeseburger, ideally on the grill, but add a split roasted green chile on top of the melted cheese. The Best!
