- 32 oz frozen corn
- 4 oz cream cheese
- ¼ cup butter
- ¼ cup milk
- ¾ cup diced Hatch green chiles
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp cumin
- Dump corn into slow cooker. Cut up cream cheese and butter into chunks and place on top of corn.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Cook on high for 2-4 hours or on low for 4-6 hours. Stir, adjust seasonings as needed and serve.
