Slow Cooker Hatch Creamed Corn

Ingredients
  • 32 oz frozen corn
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¾ cup diced Hatch green chiles
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp cumin
Instructions
  1. Dump corn into slow cooker. Cut up cream cheese and butter into chunks and place on top of corn.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Cook on high for 2-4 hours or on low for 4-6 hours. Stir, adjust seasonings as needed and serve.
