Jalapeño Popper Cups

Ingredients
  • 15 frozen miniature phyllo tart shells
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 medium jalapeno peppers, seeded & minced (~ 1 oz each, ¼ cup minced)
  • 2 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • Bacon bits (~ 2 strips, cooked & chopped)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Stir together cream cheese, shredded cheddar, minced jalapeño, and hot pepper sauce.
  3. Fill each phyllo cup to heaping, top with bacon bits, and place on cookie sheet (or in mini muffin pans).
  4. Bake 15-20 minutes or until starting to brown.
  5. Serve hot. (May be microwaved 30 seconds to reheat.)
  6. Serve & enjoy!
