Beet & Green Chile Hummus

Ingredients
  • 1 15.5 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
  • 1 cup chopped cooked beets (about 2 medium)
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ Tbsp tahini
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • ⅔ cup green chiles
  • 1 tsp chopped garlic
Instructions
  1. Dump all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or sweet potato chips.
