Very easy, fabulous dip. This dip is a guaranteed crowd pleaser, either with hot green chiles, mild or a mixture of both!
- 1 package onion soup mix
- ½ cup hot diced green chiles
- 2 cups sour cream
- Set aside 1 tbsp of the diced green chiles for garnish.
- Dump the remaining chiles, onion soup mix, and sour
- cream into the blender. Blend at low speed until almost
- blended, still with some bits of chile showing.
- Spoon into a dip bowl, garnish with 1 tbsp of diced chiles,
- and serve with tortilla chips.
- You may want to make this several hours ahead of time
- to allow for flavors to blend. This keeps in the fridge for
- about a week.
