Tasty, a bit spicy, and really easy to make, these Chile Ranch Deviled Eggs are a hit with everyone. The smokey bbq sauce adds a special touch.
- 6 hard boiled eggs, peeled
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp diced green chiles, hot or medium hot
- 2 tbsp hickory bbq sauce
- Cut eggs in half and put yolks in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, dijon mustard, ranch dressing, salt, and green chiles. Blend well.
- Scoop yolk mixture back into the whites and drizzle the bbq sauce on top.
- Serve.
