Albert's Green Chile Hummus

Simple to make, very flavorful with the right amount of heat - this is an ideal dip for a game day party or any get together.
Ingredients
  • 2 14 oz cans of garbanzo beans
  • 3 Tbsp Tahini
  • 2 Large cloves of garlic
  • 2 Lemons juice only
  • 1.5 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 8 Pueblo hot green chili’s peeled and seeded (about ¾ cup)
Instructions
  1. Combine first 5 ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Finely hand chop the green chili’s and mix by hand into the hummus.
  3. Serve as dip with corn chips.
Notes
Great recipe - makes a good base to experiment with for variations.
