Happy Trails Salsa

Ingredients
  • Puree the following ingredients in a blender:
  • ⅓ Habanero pepper
  • 2 large garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup cilantro leaves and stems
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground white pepper
  • 1 small red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 small orange bell pepper, diced
  • 1 Anaheim pepper, diced
  • 1 Pasilla pepper, diced
  • 1 medium white onion, diced
  • 3 Jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 4 small tomatoes, diced
Instructions
  1. Mix the puree with the diced items and add one 8 oz. can of
  2. Hunt's® tomato sauce and let marinate overnight.
  3. Check for heat,
  4. salt and sweet.
