Alf's Salsa

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 4 Jalapenos, deseeded & deveined
  • 4 Serranos, deseeded & deveined
  • 2 Anaheim peppers,deseeded & deveined
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 8 Roma tomatoes
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1-16 oz can of diced tomatoes
  • 1-16 oz can of pureed tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1 white onion
  • 1 tsp of ground cumin
  • ½ tsp of Cayenne pepper
  • 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
  • 3 Cloves of garlic, mashed
  • *Salt
  • *Tabasco
Instructions
  1. Dice up all the peppers, onions and tomatoes and mash the garlic.
  2. Mix all ingredients together except the cilantro.
  3. Chill approximately 1¾ hours then add cilantro.
  4. Add the Tabasco and salt to taste then chill for 15 minutes.
  5. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
