- 2 Tbsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 4 Jalapenos, deseeded & deveined
- 4 Serranos, deseeded & deveined
- 2 Anaheim peppers,deseeded & deveined
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 8 Roma tomatoes
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1-16 oz can of diced tomatoes
- 1-16 oz can of pureed tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 white onion
- 1 tsp of ground cumin
- ½ tsp of Cayenne pepper
- 1 bunch of cilantro, chopped
- 3 Cloves of garlic, mashed
- *Salt
- *Tabasco
- Dice up all the peppers, onions and tomatoes and mash the garlic.
- Mix all ingredients together except the cilantro.
- Chill approximately 1¾ hours then add cilantro.
- Add the Tabasco and salt to taste then chill for 15 minutes.
- Serve with Fritos Scoops.
