Easy and very flavorful, this is a fancy, popular way to serve ramen noodles!
- 2 packages beef ramen
- 2 cups water
- ¼ cup salsa
- ¼ cup diced green chiles
- ¼ cup sauerkraut
- optional: diced or shredded cooked beef
- 1 cup cooked vegetables such as onions, carrots, cabbage,
- spinach, etc. sour cream, shredded cheese.
- Prepare the ramen per package directions, except that you are using only half the water called for. Be sure to blend in the seasoning packet.
- Mix in the salsa, green chiles, and sauerkraut. Add more of any of these to adjust to your taste.
- If desired, add in any of the optional ingredients (beef or vegetables), mix well and serve.
