Coyote Chili Co. and Hoosegow Salsa

Ingredients
  • 8 roma tomatoes diced
  • ½ Oso sweet onion cut fine
  • ½ bunch of cilantro cut fine
  • 4 oz. tomato sauce
  • ½ yellow bell pepper cut fine
  • ½ orange bell pepper cut fine
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 3 oz. Baja Mariner Tomato Rica sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 2 jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped fine
  • 1 serrano pepper seeded and chopped fine
  • 4 habanero peppers (mild) seeded and chopped fine
Instructions
  1. Blend top group of ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix jalapeno, serrano and habanero peppers together and then add slowly to salsa to get the desired heat. Chill and serve.
