- 8 roma tomatoes diced
- ½ Oso sweet onion cut fine
- ½ bunch of cilantro cut fine
- 4 oz. tomato sauce
- ½ yellow bell pepper cut fine
- ½ orange bell pepper cut fine
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 oz. Baja Mariner Tomato Rica sauce
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cumin
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 jalapeno peppers seeded and chopped fine
- 1 serrano pepper seeded and chopped fine
- 4 habanero peppers (mild) seeded and chopped fine
- Blend top group of ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix jalapeno, serrano and habanero peppers together and then add slowly to salsa to get the desired heat. Chill and serve.
