A very easy, popular salsa that can be used to enhance all kinds of dishes.
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 lime, juiced (2 tbsp)
- 1 mango, diced
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- 1 tbsp hot diced green chile
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve.
- Keeps up to about a week in the fridge.
