Easy, versatile holiday dip ideal for tortilla chips, veggies, crackers, whatever.
- ½ cup Heluva Good! Roasted Garlic & Caramelized Onion Dip (substitute onion dip if not available)
- 1 8-oz package cream cheese
- 1 cup diced fire roasted red bell pepper (from a jar or can)
- 1 cup diced green chiles
- ¼ tsp ground white pepper
- optional: ½ cup minced fresh parsley or cilantro
- garnish: fresh parsley or cilantro, additional diced roasted red bell pepper and diced green chiles
- In a large bowl, blend the Heluva Good! dip (or onion dip), cream cheese, red bell pepper, green chiles, and white pepper.
- If desired, stir in the minced parsley or cilantro.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (ideally within 2 hours).
- Spoon into serving bowl, garnish with parsely, cilantro, and/or addtional red peppers and green chiles, and serve with veggies, chips, or crackers.
