Individual 7 Layer Dip

  • 1 16 oz can refried beans
  • ½ cup diced green chiles
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chunky salsa (I used hot 505)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar or Mexican blend cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 4 green onions, slices
  • 1 2.25 oz can sliced black olives, drained
  • 8 9-oz clear plastic tumblers
  • tortilla chips
  1. In a small bowl, mix the refried beans and diced green chiles.
  2. For each tumbler, put 2 tbsp of each ingredient in this order: beans, guacamole, sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, tomatoes, onions, olives.You may want to use more or less of some ingredients depending on your preference.
  3. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  4. Stick a tortilla chip in each and serve along with a big bowl of tortilla chips.
