- 3 cups cooked rice
- ½ cup mild diced green chiles
- 3-4 tbsp fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
- 2 cups chopped fresh cilantro
- Blend all ingredients and serve. If you want to serve it hot, just microwave for 1-2 minutes and stir well.
