Quick and easy very tasty gravy for any beef dish.
- 2 10.5 to 12 oz cans or jars of beef gravy
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- ½ cup diced green chiles
- Blend ingredients together, heat, and pour over already cooked meatballs, meatloaf, or roast beef.
- For fabulous hot roast beef sandwiches, heat sliced roast beef in the gravy, then serve on sub rolls.
