Beet & Green Chile Hummus

Serves: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 15.5 oz can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 cup chopped cooked beets (about 2 medium)
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1½ Tbsp tahini
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- ⅔ cup green chiles
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
Instructions
- Dump all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or sweet potato chips.
