Black Bean Guacamole

Guacamole with Lime and Black Beans

This guacamole has an amazing combination of flavors – tangy, spicy, robust. And the black beans add a whole new dimension that takes this out of the realm of traditional guacamole.

I served this at the WordPress Developers Meetup – it was a real hit. Next time, looks like I’ll have to make a quadruple batch. I made it with a medium hot green chile, though I think it would be good with mild or hot chiles also – it’s just a matter of your preference.
