2006 recipe - Chili Verde by Jerry Simmons, a robust recipe with chicken broth, oregano, cumin, green chili powder and more, slightly thickened

2005 recipe - Green Chili, a bit simpler than 2006 recipe, but also with chicken base, the same spices, and also thickened with corn starch

2004 recipe - Black Coyote Green Chili, an easy recipe with Green Tabasco and the usual spices, not thickened.

2003 recipe - Gearjammers Chili Verde, a hot green chili with tomatillos and serrano peppers, not thickened.

2002 recipe - Kathouse Chili Verde, with half hot and half mild green chiles, the usual oregano, cumin, onions, and garlic, but also cilantro and tomatillos, not thickened.

2001 recipe - "?" Chili Verde, uses mainly canned ingredients and easy-to-find spices, the only one so far using lime juice, not thickened.

2000 recipe - Jerry Simmons' World Championship Chili Verde, calls for powdered green chile and powdered jalapeno, slightly thickened.

1999 recipe - High Country Chili Verde, a bit different from the others, uses pork sirloin tip, sausage, chicken, hot and mild green chiles, pasilla peppers, tomatillos and Las Palmas Green enchilada sauce.
