Avocado Mango Chile Salsa

Flavorful, slightly fruity, slightly hot, this is good as a salsa, on top of meat, by itself, or as an interesting complement to a wide variety of dishes.

This is particularly easy to make and you can’t possibly screw it up!

A very easy, popular salsa that can be used to enhance all kinds of dishes.

Ingredients
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced (2 tbsp)
  • 1 mango, diced
  • ¼ cup diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp hot diced green chile
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and serve.
  2. Keeps up to about a week in the fridge.
