Perfect for game day parties with that bacon flavor, spiciness, and a bit of tang. This has a rich smoothness that makes it more elegant than the typical Rotel cheese dip. This is so good, I’ve been just sticking a spoon in and eating it straight.
The main way I serve this is in a crockpot warm so you can just dip tortilla chips in. It’s great this way.
At room temperature it becomes semi-solid. This would be ideal as a spread on crackers or a sourdough or French baquette. I would also serve it on hamburgers.
I’m also tempted to try adding about 1 cup milk for each 2 cups dip, heat it up, and serve it as a bacon chile cheese soup.
All in all, this is very easy, guaranteed to please, and perfect for parties.
