Jicama Cotija Guacamole

Chunky Guacamole with Jicama and Cotija cheese

This chunky guacamole has an interesting combination of flavors. Sure, most people would serve it with tortilla chips, but you might also serve it on top of a salad or as a side, like a relish.

You can substitute any hot sauce you want for the Cholula; a chipotle hot sauce might be interesting.
