Ingredients
- ½ cup olive oil
- ⅓ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup chopped onion
- 2 large cloves garlic
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp red chile puree
- 2 pound flank steak

Instructions
- Dump all ingredients except the flank steak into a blender and puree.
- Place flank steak in a ziplock bag or small baking dish. Cover with marinade, seal and place in refrigerator for 24 hours.
- Grill over high heat for about 3 - 5 minutes each side, until seared, then removed to a serving plate.
- Cover and let sit 10 minutes, then serve.
